Santa Ana Malbec Rosé is a delicate, crispy and elegant wine. Bright pink colour with intense aroma of red fruits such as strawbery and plums.

Process
- Hand harvesting.
- Destemming and crushing.
- Cold skin maceration at 10°C, during 10 hours.
- Addition of selected yeasts.
- Controlled fermentation at 20°C during 21 days.
- Stabilizing.
- Filtration.
- Bottling.
